Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt – I prefer Organic fat free from Costco Kirkland brand
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons organic raw honey – Amazon link for my favourite honey
Preparation Steps
- In a medium-sized bowl, place 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt.
- Top the Greek yogurt with the rinsed blueberries on one side (looks pretty on one side)
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of raw honey over the yogurt and blueberries.
Optionally, you can add extra toppings such as nuts, granola, or seeds for added texture and taste, I like to keep it simple and low calories.
This simple and healthy recipe is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even a light dessert. The combination of creamy Greek yogurt, sweet blueberries, and natural honey makes for a balanced meal rich in protein and fiber. Enjoy your nutritious bowl!
